Quite simply making your run not as enjoyable or efficient.

“Runners love to run,” "I know this from my own personal experience. I am a runner for 29 years. I live & breathe my passion for running." “My teaching is about keeping other runners running through an increased flexibility of the fascial trains which line all sides of the body. Increased flexibility of the fascia leads to an improved and more efficient run. In addition to this physical benefit, you will also feel an overall mind, body and soul connection".
